Before the court is Motion of Ad Hoc Shareholders Group for Order Directing the Appointment of an Official Committee of Equity Security Holders Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1102(a) (the “Motion”) filed by a group of shareholders 1 that style themselves as the Ad Hoc Shareholders Group (the “AHSG”).
