This is a petition for the construction of a will. The testator, John Collins, was engaged for many years with his brother Herbert in managing property and estates. John died in Little Rock on January 4, 1965, a few days before his 64th birthday. He was survived by his wife Blanche, 58, his mother, Norrie Collins, 87, his brother Herbert, 55, and three sisters, Mona Collins Milburn, 62, Avanelle Collins Rogers, 60, and Anne Beth Collins Nanson, 53.
