{¶1} Defendant-appellant Michael Frierson appeals his convictions entered in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas. For the following reasons, we reverse and remand.
Facts and Procedural History
{¶2} On October 3, 2016, Frierson was indicted on three counts of rape and two counts of kidnapping. The rapes in counts one and two and the kidnapping in count three related to crimes connected against L.C. and were alleged to have occurred on or about July 12, 1997.
