Ward v. Bickerstaff

This cause was submitted to this court as an appeal on questions of law from a judgment entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Wood county for the plaintiff and against the defendants, in an action for specific performance of a contract for the purchase of real estate by the plaintiff from the defendants.
