This case is before the court on Plaintiff’s Petition for Leave to Amend the Caption under Pa.R.C.P. 1033 and, alternatively, Plaintiff’s Petition for Permission to File an Interlocutory Appeal Nunc pro Tunc. The case arose when Plaintiff’s decedent, Mark Willet, died on June 24, 1997 while a patient at Greenway Center, a drug and alcohol treatment facility in Henryville, Pennsylvania.
