Almand, Justice.

This case began when application was made to probate in solemn form the will and codicil of Josan Geia. Probate was ordered and a caveat to the will was filed by Mrs. Sylvia Porter and others. The case was tried in the Superior Court of Gwinnett County and a verdict, was returned in favor of the propounders. The exception here is to the overruling of the caveators’ amended motion for a new trial.

In substance, the will of the testator left all of his property to two of his children and one of his grandchildren. Nothing was left to the testator’s other children and…
