MEMORANDUM OPINION

TITUS, District Judge.

BACKGROUND

This dispute arises out of the production of numerous documents during the discovery phase of a breach of contract dispute between the above-mentioned parties. As part of the document production, Defendants inadvertently transmitted to the Plaintiff numerous documents protected by the attorney-client privilege. Defendants requested that Plaintiff return the documents because they were privileged. Plaintiff refused, arguing that Defendants had waived the privilege.
