Jim L. Heffelman appeals from the sentence imposed following his pleas of guilty to numerous counts of burglary, theft, and forgery. Defendant asserts an error in the plea procedure based upon the failure of the trial judge to specifically state that he entered judgment finding the defendant guilty. The Court of Appeals affirmed the district court in an unpublished opinion filed April 8, 1994.
