Reversing.

In December, 1927, Mrs. Hatfield, the appellee,, brought a suit in the Floyd circuit court against the Louisville Cas & Electric Company and the Ivyton Oil & Gras Company to enjoin their continued entering, constructing, and operating a pipe line across her property and connecting it with a gas well thereon for transporting and converting its gas, and for an accounting by the defendants for the gas wrongfully taken therefrom.
