This action was begun by the plaintiff in error against the defendants in error in the district court for Douglas county. The petition alleges, in substance, that the plaintiff in error is the widow of one John A. Swobe, deceased. That her late husband died siezed of a certain lot in the city of Omaha, which was occupied during his lifetime by her husband and herself as a homestead, and of another lot contiguous thereto in which she was entitled to dower.
