Plasma Fab, LLC and Russell McCann, sole owner of Plasma Fab, (jointly Plasma Fab) appeal the trial court’s order granting the motions for summary judgment of BankDirect Capital Finance, LLC, a Subsidiary of Texas Capital Bank, N.A., and Scottsdale Insurance Company.
