This is a suit in trespass to try title to 15.4 acres of land, and for an accounting with respect to the proceeds of the sale of oil produced from the land. The parties will be referred to as in the trial court. Plaintiffs are the heirs of Susan Christian and the assignees of such heirs. Defendants are her stepson, Scurry Christian, and his assignees.
