OPINION

ADAMS, Presiding Judge.

¶ 1 Ted Duensing and his wife, Louise Duensing, (collectively Insureds) sued State Farm Fire and Casualty Company (Insurer) for breach of the parties’ insurance contract, its duty of good faith and fair dealing (bad faith) and punitive damages. After a jury trial, verdicts were returned in favor of the Insureds, awarding them $24,160.13 for breach of contract damages, $175,000 for bad faith, and $300,000 in punitive damages.
