McCORMICK, Circuit Judge.

In this case we affirm the decree of the district court. The appellant has assigned six errors. The last three relate to complaints made by the appellant against the salvors for want of skill, care, and energy in rendering the salvage services. *315Tlie district court examined these complaints carefully, and reviewed the evidence relied on for their support, and found that they were not sustained.
