{¶ 1} Relator, Cincinnati Bar Association, has charged that respondent, Donald L. Bailey, d.b.a. License Resque, has engaged in the unauthorized practice of law by advising clients and providing instruction on preparing and filing documents with the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (“BMV”) to obtain relief from license suspensions.
