Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed October 27, 1989, which, inter alia, ruled that claimant was ineligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits because she was not totally unemployed.

There is substantial evidence in the record to support the conclusion of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board that, during the period that claimant was receiving unemployment insurance benefits, she was not totally unemployed.
