This is an appeal from a conviction sustained in the district court of Carter county, wherein the defendant, Vernon Stacey, was sentenced to serve a term of fifteen years imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for the crime of manslaughter in the first degree.
No question as to the sufficiency of the evidence having been raised, it is not necessary to give an extensive review of the evidence. The defendant shot and killed the deceased, YV. A.
