Appellants instituted this action to enjoin the appellee from enforcing an order made by him closing a moving picture theatre owned by appellants and operated by 'their lessees at -Stanford, Kentucky, and to require him to remove a placard from the entrance of the theatre announcing that the theatre had been closed by order of the Division of Insurance.
