— Plaintiff Ramon E. Kruger sued defendant Redi-Brew Corporation to recover back the purchase price of merchandise and equipment sold and delivered by defendant to plaintiff. Defendant denied plaintiff’s claims and counterclaimed for the unpaid balance of the purchase price owing on the items sold and delivered. The court entered judgment for the plaintiff and dismissed defendant’s counterclaim. Defendant appeals.
