—Judgment unanimously modified as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice and as modified affirmed in accordance with the following Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon a jury verdict of manslaughter in the second degree and three counts of attempted robbery in the first degree. We reject the argument of defendant that his statement to Buffalo Police Detectives should have been suppressed as involuntary.
