TRIAL OPINION DETERMINING DEBT TO BE DISCHARGEABLE

Introduction

This matter is before the Court upon a complaint filed by Plaintiff, Mounir Abdel-Hak, against Defendant, Ally Saad, to determine the dischargeability of indebtedness. The complaint seeks a determination that there is indebtedness owing by Saad to Abdel-Hak which is non-dis-chargeable under § 523(a)(2), (4) and (6) of the Bankruptcy Code. The parties stipulated to have the Court determine only the issue of non-dischargeability of any debt owed to Abdel-Hak by Saad and, in the event that a debt…
