SULLIVAN, Chief Judge:

On March 1 and 27, 1991, appellant was tried by a military judge sitting alone as a general court-martial at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Consistent with his pleas, he was found guilty of two specifications of distribution of marijuana and one specification of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, in violation of Article 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 912a.
