MARTIN, Circuit Judge.
On the suit of the Wage and Hour Administrator, the Western Union Telegraph Company was enjoined in the district court from violating the provisions of Sections 6 (a) (4), 7 (a) (3), 11 (c), 15 (a) (2) and 15 (a) (5) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, Act of June 25, 1938, c. 676, 52 Star. 1060, U.S.C.A., Title 29, Section 201 et seq., at eight Kentucky towns, namely: Cynthiana, Georgetown, Harrodsburg, Irvine,- Morehead, Nicholas-ville, Paris, and Versailles.
