The plaintiff’s suit is founded upon a contract for the lease of á farm and other matters incidentally connected therewith.
On about the 1st day of November, 1904, the parties to this suit entered into a verbal contract or lease, by which appellant leased to respondent a farm of about sixty-five acres in Bloomington township, Buchanan eounty, Missouri, for a term ending March 1, 1906.
