This is an appeal by United Insurance Agency, Inc. from a chancery court decree in favor of the respondent-appellee Herbert Ray Martin in which the chancellor granted Martin’s motion for summary judgment on a petition filed by United for a restraining order and damages for breach of an employment contract.
