1Per curiam
This attorney disciplinary matter arises out of two separate sets of formal charges filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel against William Ashley Jordan. Disciplinary Counsel filed the first set of formal charges with the Commission on Lawyer Conduct on January 7, 2011. The first charges allege primarily that Mr. Jordan did not properly manage funds owed to clients or co-counsel or keep adequate records of those funds between 1999 and 2005.
