Elmer Johnson and Robert Lenhart argue that the trial court erred in holding that their landlord, M. P. Yousoofian, had no implied duty to act in good faith under a lease provision that prohibited assignment without the landlord’s consent. They also claim that the trial court erred in holding that they failed to prove tortious interference with a business expectancy, because without Yousoofian’s consent to the lease assignment, a prospective sale of the lessees’ business failed to close.
