Dale Young filed a complaint against New Sewickley Township and Dale Kryder, individually and in his official capacity as Chief of Police of New Sewickley, seeking relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for alleged violations of his civil rights under the First, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution, and also asserting a state claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress.
