In this in rem forfeiture action, the defendant interveners, Oceanview Associates, Inc., and John F. and Marie E. Riley, appeal from a Superior Court decision allowing the Commonwealth’s motion for summary judgment. The property in question is a bar that was the site of numerous cocaine transactions. The interveners are, respectively, the corporation that held the liquor license and operated the bar and the trustee and the beneficiary of the realty trust that owns the property.
