THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee From the 278th District Court Leon County, Texas Trial Court No. 19-0131CR OPINION Appellant Troy Eugene Welch pleaded guilty to the offense of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The trial court deferred finding him guilty and placed him on community supervision for ten years. The State later filed a motion to adjudicate guilt.
