The appeal in this case is taken from an order of the trial court, refusing to grant an injunction pendente lite and dissolving a restraining order.

Custer County had bid in and purchased, at tax sale, certain pieces of real. estate situate therein and sold for delinquent taxes. The period for redemption thereof having expired, the Board of County Commissioners decided to take steps to obtain deeds thereof to the county.
