OPINION

BROCK, Justice.

Mrs. Sally Christian died at the age of 83 leaving as her survivors two daughters, Ole-ta Christian Richmond and Helen Christian Terry, and one son, Ralph Christian. Twenty days prior to her death Mrs. Christian executed and delivered to her son a deed conveying to him in fee simple the only land she owned, a tract of 29.2 acres. The two daughters brought this action against their brother seeking to have the deed set aside upon the grounds that their mother did not have mental capacity to execute the deed and that its execution was the result of undue influence exercised…
