Michigan Court of Appeals

Decided July 29, 1996No. Docket 172876PublishedCited by 31 opinions

1Opinion of the CourtGriffin, J.

Further, we find plaintiffs appeal to be vexatious and, accordingly, remand to the trial court for an award to defendants of actual damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred as a result of plaintiffs appeal.
