CERCONE, Judge:
This is a direct appeal from the judgment of sentence entered after a jury found appellant, Charles C. Betz, guilty of two counts of burglary. 1 We affirm.
During the late hours of July 10, 1991 and the early morning hours of the following day, appellant burglarized two churches located in McKean County, Pennsylvania. The police arrested appellant on July 13, 1991 for an unrelated offense, and incarcerated him in the Warren County Jail. A criminal complaint issued for the McKean County burglaries on July 18, 1991.
