Appellant was charged, inter alia, with three specifications of violating a lawful general order under Article 92, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 892 (2012). The general order prohibited servicemembers twenty-one years of age and older from providing alcohol to individuals under twenty-one years of age for the purpose of consumption.
