In this contested accounting proceeding, the principal issues raised by the objections to the account involve an attempted surcharge against the corporate executor for its failure to sell the securities taken over from the decedent at the time of her death and still retained within the estate. Mrs. Kent, the testatrix, died February 19, 1930. Letters testamentary were issued to the accounting executor on April 26, 1930.
