OPINION

BONEY, Chief Justice.

Appellant, Cloyd Alvarado, seeks reversal of his conviction below, contending that the jury which found him guilty was improperly constituted. Challenged as unconstitutional is the long-standing practice in the third judicial district of selecting all prospective jurors from the area within a radius of 15 miles of Anchorage.
