IN THIS Chapter 7 ease Diane Jensen, Trustee of the above captioned Chapter 7 case, (“Trustee”) objected to the claims of exemption of Mary Jane Zesbaugh (“Debt- or”). The Objection interposed by the Trustee to the claims of exemption fall into four separate categories.
