RYAN, Chief Judge.
We have before us in this international extradition proceeding several motions, each addressed to the subpoenas duces tecum issued by this Court to four separate banking institutions transacting business in this District, commanding them to appear in this Court to give testimony and produce records of accounts maintained with them by the defendant and others.
