This proceeding was instituted by appel-lee, Howard Wright, in his capacity as receiver of the Oliver Motor Company, a corporation, against appellant, M. T. Fuller, in which he sought to have said corporation adjudged to be the owner of one La Salle automobile, and to have possession thereof awarded to him as such receiver.
