Appellant brought suit against appellee in an action in assumpsit on 11,207,439 trading stamps, which appellee in its business as a department store had issued to its customers. The declaration contains twelve counts. The ground set out in each is, that the plaintiff therein is the bona fide owner by purchase from the prior owners of the stamps, and that such purchases were made between May 5, 1918, and May 21, 1918.
