LAWSON, Justice.

This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of Dale County, in Equity, which established a boundary line between lands of appellant, Woodrow Parrish, on the north and lands of appellee, H. T. Norton, on the south, which lands constitute the S Yi of the NE of Section 19, Township 5 N, Range 24 E, Dale County, Alabama.
