SILVER, District Judge.

On October 21, 1998, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint. Defendant filed a timely motion in opposition. For the following reasons, Plaintiffs Motion will be granted.

FACTUAL BACKGROUND

Plaintiff Harry W. Brink commenced this action on June 12, 1997 in response to a letter, (attached to Compl. as Ex. A), Plaintiff received from Defendant First Credit Resources International, Inc.
