ORDER AND JUDGMENT**
JOHN L. KANE, Senior District Judge.
James B. McCoy and American National Property & Casualty Company brought this action against Whirlpool Corporation for wrongful death and property loss resulting from a fire at the McCoy home. *191Following a trial in which the jury returned a verdict for the plaintiffs, the district court entered judgment as a matter of law in favor of the defendant. Plaintiffs appeal. We exercise jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and reverse.
