Plaintiff recovered a judgment on a verdict for damages for personal injuries against defendant, B. L. Moore. Plaintiff stated his action in two counts, the first predicated upon an absolute liability or liability without fault, and the second, alleged negligence of defendants. The defendants are Bedell, the tenant of the restaurant building hereafter mentioned and the operator of the restaurant therein, Sacramento Medico-Dental Building Company, a corpora tion, the owner of the office and restaurant buildings, and Moore, an individual engaged in the pest eradication business.
