¶1 * — Santorio Bonds appeals from his conviction for felony violation of a no-contact order. We hold that law enforcement officers performed a lawful warrant-less traffic stop of a car in which Bonds was a passenger, *557based on their reasonable suspicion that the car’s registered owner had committed the offense of failure to transfer title and their reasonable suspicion that Bonds was the car’s passenger and that he had an active arrest warrant.
