Morehouse, filed a thirteen-count complaint dated February 21, 1992, against the defendants, SNET Systems, Inc. (hereinafter "SNET") and five of its employees, Marjorie Moore, Peter Whittle, John Andrasik, George Contopoulos and Susan Augustyniak, alleging various acts of negligence, breach of contract and retaliatory discharge. An amended complaint was filed on April 23, 1992.
