This suit was brought by appellant against appellees to set aside two certain conveyances made by Lorenz Wendel to his son Henry M. Wendel, and to subject the real estate so conveyed to the satisfaction of plaintiff’s judgment against Lorenz Wendel and Henry W. Wendel, which judgment was in the sum of $968 and. costs, and had been rendered on a debt existing long prior to the dates of the conveyances. Appellant alleged that H. W.
