STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Tri-Professional Realty, Inc. ("Tri-Profes-sional") appeals from a judgment in favor of Tara Hillenburg ("Hillenburg"). Following a bench trial, the trial court entered its Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Judgment on the ground that Tri-Professional had failed to exercise reasonable care in its representations to Hillenburg concerning the sale of real estate.
