The sole question presented by this appeal is whether or not the owner of a building occupied exclusively as a. dwelling, situate within 200 feet of the place where it is proposed to carry on the business of trafficking in liquors, who, without any consideration therefor, gives his consent that traffic in liquors be carried on at such place, as provided in subdivision 8, section 17 of the Liquor Tax Law (Laws of 1896, chap. 112, as amd. by Laws of 1897, chap. 312), may revoke and cancel such consent at any time before it has been filed with, presented to, or in any manner acted…
